Same-day rides are often available — call (804) 580-0144 and we'll check. For next-day trips, please get your request in by 9:00 PM the evening before.
No. Our vehicles have ramps or lifts and enough room for you to stay seated in your own chair for the entire trip. Your driver secures the chair properly before moving.
We can help. Stair assistance carries a minimum charge of $10 per direction — mention the stairs when you book so your driver arrives prepared.
Yes. We provide bariatric service for passengers over 300 lbs. Give us a call and we'll go over the details and make sure the right vehicle is assigned.
Just let us know as early as you can. We ask for at least two hours' notice on a cancellation to avoid a fee.
We're based in Reedville and serve the surrounding Northern Neck, with trips throughout Virginia — including airport runs and longer-distance travel. If you're not sure we cover it, call and ask.
