Before you book

Next-day rides: Please send your request by 9:00 PM the evening before.
Cancellations: Two hours' notice, please, to avoid a cancellation fee.
Stairs at your door: Stair assistance is a $10 minimum per direction. Mention it when you book.
Bariatric service: Available for passengers over 300 lbs — call so we can assign the right vehicle.
Payment: All major forms of payment accepted — cash, card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Cash App, paid directly with your driver.
