What the ride is like
Built around comfort, dignity, and safety
Every wheelchair-accessible vehicle in our fleet has a ramp or a lift and enough interior room that you never have to transfer out of your own chair. Your driver secures the chair properly before moving, then drives like someone's grandmother is in the back — because usually, someone's is.
We're trained in securement and safety protocols, and we pick up and drop off at the door, not the curb. If you need a minute, take a minute. Nobody here is going to rush you.

- Next-day rides
- Please book by 9:00 PM the evening before.
- Stair assistance
- Minimum $10 per direction. Mention stairs when you book so your driver comes prepared.
- Bariatric service
- Available for passengers over 300 lbs. Call and we'll assign the right vehicle.
- Cancellations
- Two hours' notice, please, so we can offer the slot to someone else.
